• ONLINE PURCHASE / PAYMENT PROCESSING

Our store is hosted on GoDaddy. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through GoDaddy’s data storage, databases and the general GoDaddy application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then GoDaddy stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

• EMAIL NOTIFICATION LIST

The email notification list is used for providing consenting subscribers with information about upcoming sculptures for sale.  This list is administered through GoDaddy.  Users will only be subscribed to this mailing list by providing consent in the form of (1) voluntarily submitting their email through the opt in box on the marinaguglielmi.com website and mobile sites that is used only for this purpose or (2) by contacting us directly through email or social media with a personal request to be added.  We will never add you to this list based on unrelated emails, past purchases or other forms of participation with my business, this list is intended for voluntary consenting opt-in only.  Once subscribed GoDaddy will store some of your information, including your email address, IP address and certain information about the links you click within the emails we send you, on a GoDaddy server. Neither we nor GoDaddy will ever sell your email address or share it with any other party, unless we are legally compelled to do so. If you contact GoDaddy directly regarding your subscription to our lists, GoDaddy may contact you directly; otherwise, GoDaddy will never contact you. Only authorized GoDaddy employees have access to our subscriber list. You are always free to unsubscribe from the notification list, an unsubscribe option will be available on every email.  Once unsubscribed you will no long receive future messages and your email address will be deleted.

We only use GoDaddy, a well accredited named third party, that has systems in place to safeguard the information you provide to them. We will never provide access to my databases to any third party, except those that are named and only to the extent necessary to conduct the operations of this website.  

• DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services. When payments are processed the information is not given or stored by us the service providers. GoDaddy deal with your information directly.  However, we may be required to retain any information given to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements, copyrights, and terms of services. 

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Your information only to complete operations necessary to produce and distribute merchandise from this website. We do not share your information with third parties except that which is collected automatically by those noted above, when it’s necessary to complete the purchase functions from marinaguglielmi.com

When you email us, we will use your email address only for the purpose of responding to you, and requests you make, and for no other purpose.  

Sometimes we may use anonymous analytic information about your use of this site in combination with other users’ usage to make decisions about the contents and design of marinaguglielmi.com

CHILDREN'S POLICY

Per this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, users certify that they are at least 13 years of age. We never collect or store information of anyone we know to be under 13, and marinaguglielmi.com content is created for an adult audience.
