TERMS OF SERVICE

All of our artwork is designed and hand made in our studio in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. 

At this time, Marina Guglielmi Sculpture ships merchandise to locations within Canada, the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands and Mexico. International location upon request. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

All orders are non refundable.

RETURN POLICY

All orders are non-refundable.

If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you may request a review of your specific circumstances within 30 days of receipt. A return or refund is not guaranteed to result from a review. To initiate a review, please email: studio@marinaguglielmi.com 

COPYRIGHT POLICY

All artwork, artistic works, literary work, and related objects or items created by Marina Guglielmi (The Artist) are copyright under Canadian copyright law and applies internationally.

Marina Guglielmi retains the copyright, including economic rights, moral rights, rights of credit or association, right of integrity, intellectual property rights, and exhibition rights, of all work sold or commissioned. 

The Artist maintains the right to uses permitted under copyright – such as making reproductions of the work – and that the new owners of the artwork must negotiate uses – such as public exhibitions – with The Artist.

Marina Guglielmi does not authorize the buyer or future owners of the artwork to reproduce (in whole or in part), distribute, exhibit, or provide rental of The Artist’s work without the explicit written consent of The Artist.
